Diversity is essential to the tourism industry, which in turn plays an important role in improving relationships between nations, reflecting the opportunities available in this globalized world. Tourism benefits greatly from the variety of cultures and environments across the globe and is itself a far-reaching and diverse industry. As a major creator of employment, tourism aims to sustain both the diversity and development of poorer countries.
